The services we offer include interior design and furnishings. If you are buying new or unfurnished property we can offer a complete package covering every conceivable item right down to the last teaspoon. Packages exist from € 7000 for the furnishing of a 2-bedroom apartment up to € 200.000 to furnish a luxury villa.

Property Management and Rental Besides these interior design and furnishing services we also assist in finding the right insurance cover for building and contents. Also we can take care of the connection for electricity, water and telephone. The majority of these services, including a continued property management service (such as security, cleaning, laundry and rental services) will be taken care of by professional companies with whom Passepartout Andaluz has a long-standing relationship. We will therefore, be more than happy to recommend you a reputable property management agency to ensure that the maintenance requirements you have will be carried out. Several of these companies have specialised in property letting (for long or short term).
